Our 5 year warranty is comprehensive, it covers both your product and installation and indicates the quality of our entire product range. There are only a few exclusions:

• Goods ordered and supplied outside of the standard specifications.
• Alterations not carried out by Bamboo Blinds Australia.
• Incorrect installation if not carried out by Bamboo Blinds Australia or contractors of Bamboo Blinds Australia.
• Movement of the structure in which the product is installed or to which it is attached.
• Wind and storm damage.
• Mould and mildew.

Note that if there are any specific warranty limitations relating to a product you’re considering, we will discuss those with you at the time of quoting.
